Event crew (freelance / student 18+)
Beyond Ordering (formerly Wat Drink Je?) provides a cashless ordering and payment solution for event and festival organizers. In the run-up to and during the busy summer season, we are looking for enthusiastic freelancers or students (18+) with an affinity for technology and innovation.
As part of the event crew, you will be responsible for preparing hardware at our office (payment terminals, tablets, receipt printers, Wi-Fi setups, accessories), installing hardware on-site, briefing volunteers and staff, providing support during the event, and dismantling everything afterward.
What is your profile?
- You love to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- You enjoy working outdoors, all across Flanders.
- You communicate openly and easily with everyone you meet.
- You are enthusiastic and motivated.
- You are resourceful: you see what needs to be done and find solutions independently.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are a go-getter and work until the tasks are completely finished.
- You enjoy working at different events and locations.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are regularly available from April through September.
- Relevant experience in the events sector is not a must, but it is a plus.
- You live near our office (9260 Wichelen).
- Do you have a driver's license and your own car? That's a plus!
