Depending on the service you want to offer, Beyond Ordering allows you to set the desired options: in-person ordering, online QR ordering, or a combination of both.
In person
Staff can take orders at the bar or tableside using an all-in-one terminal or simply through our app.
Online
Visitors can order via location-specific QR codes for delivery, pickup, or Fastlane.
Pay
With Beyond Ordering, you choose the payment method that suits your operations: open loop, closed loop, or a combination of both. Cash, invoices, internal use, and your own tokens or coins are also fully supported.
Open Loop
Direct payments through your chosen payment partners. We support bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact Pay, and online payments. You can also easily register cash, your own tokens, or coins.
Closed Loop
Personal wallets are linked to cashless cards or NFC wristbands for internal use, and to QR codes for visitors. Guests can easily top up their balance by card, cash, or online, and then pay quickly and effortlessly.
QR Vouchers
Easily create single-use QR vouchers with a preloaded balance. Perfect for hospitality packages, sponsor activations, and staff.
Prepared
Choose the flow that fits the way you work. Increase speed and improve service, regardless of the location or service type.
Direct
Served immediately after ordering at the bar. The fastest way to serve guests, ideal for high-traffic venues.
Delivery
The customer comes first! Serve guests at their table while they track their order status in real time. Reduce waiting times and optimize staff efficiency.
Fastlane
Visitors show their QR code, collect their order, and can move on right away. No queues, no wasted time.
Refund
Refunds are a crucial part of the guest experience. Beyond Ordering processes both closed-loop and open-loop refunds smoothly and securely, with built-in fraud protection.
Open Loop
We refund directly to the bank card, or visitors receive a QR refund which they can use to request a refund themselves.
Closed Loop
Deposits for reusable cups are refunded to the cashless card or wristband in real time. Through the QR code, guests can also reclaim their remaining balance with a single click, free of charge
