Our system supports a hybrid approach. While digital and QR transactions are cashless, you can simply register cash as a payment method on our all-in-one terminals. Additionally, you can work with smart cash alternatives: customers can use cash to purchase a rechargeable NFC cash card or a printed QR voucher at the counter, which they then use to pay quickly and contactlessly at the bar. This way, you exclude no one, and all your revenue—both cash and digital—is immediately consolidated in the same overview.
How fast is a transaction at the bar?
Lightning fast. Because we developed the software entirely in-house and optimized it for high-volume peak times, processing time at the bar has been reduced to a minimum. Combined with smart terminals and contactless payment (or QR scanning), we ensure smooth throughput and up to 30% more revenue.
Is the system approved for the Belgian 'White Cash Register' legislation?

What is the advantage of an open tab compared to direct payment via QR?
For online QR orders, payment is always processed immediately upfront for security and cash flow reasons. This prevents walk-offs. However, if you want to offer extra comfort to groups or regular guests, a staff member can manually open a tab via the terminal. Guests can order throughout the evening, and your staff member can settle the outstanding amount flawlessly in one go at the end of the night. This way, you always maintain full control.
